Not receiving important emails

Not receiving important emails and no way to report it. I have registered as priority customer fault fix but still not able to contact talktalk customer service. My son has complex needs and it is vitally important that I receive email as it ensures his wellbeing in these turbulent days. Please help.

We're pleased to confirm that the earlier issues accessing your emails have now been resolved however you may observe a delay in receiving emails whilst the backlog of emails within the system is processed over the coming hours. Once again we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
