When I open Outlook 365 I am a sked for the passwrds for both e-mail accounts. I enter them - both fail. The error messages are for 0X800CCC92. I will be most grateful for help!
What's the email domain of your email address? a legacy email like dsl.pipex for example or a mailbox on the TalkTalk Mail platform like talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk
