Pipex - Emails Not Sending

Emails from my Pipex account are not being received by the recipients. Some of them get through, some are not, seems a little random.

 

They all appear to send ok, but simply do not arrive.

 

I have the same issue whether using Webmail or the client on my PC.

 

I have sent a test email to a Hotmail account I have and it just doesn't arrive.

 

I can receive as normal.

 

I have got a bounce back from a few mails - Maximum Retry Queue Age Reached

 

This is a new problem, only just started in the last day or two. Thank you.

Update -

 

E-mails sent from the client on my PC seem to be ok.

 

But mail sent using Webmail are not getting through to any recipient.

I've asked the email admins to look into this for you. I'll post back when I know more.

There’s an issue with pipex webmail, just been on to tech for help, toucansurf.com been down a week, engineers are doing their best to try and sort the problem

I would have thought that many Pipex users would be suffering with this issue and been unaware.

 

I've sent several mails to several recipients over the past few days prior to my starting of this thread, and then only just realised.

 

Problem still persists, mail sent from Webmail just does not get delivered.

 

It is bizarre to think that TalkTalk e-mail has been faulty now for several years.

 

At least, hopefully, it is being looked into, which is appreciated thank you.

Hi pbar100, there's an incident open for homecall and toucansurf emails, but no incident has been raised for Pipex. I've asked the email admins to investigate, but heard nothing back. Is it all mail that fails or is it intermittent?

Every mail sent from Webmail does not reach the recipient.

 

Mails are being received ok.

 

Mails sent from the client on my PC are ok.

 

Mails sent from mobile phone are ok.

Ok then please add a mobile number to your profile and add the affected email address to private notes.

I keep trying it, sent mails to a friend on AOL, myself at Hotmail and my own TalkTalk (Pipex) address, and none have been received, no bounce backs or anything.

No worries I suspect this needs to be fixed so won't start working without help.

I've sent some more mails this morning on the chance that the wizards have fixed it.

 

But still the same issue, no Pipex mail sent from Webmail is being delivered.

We've heard nothing back concerning this yet. I and others are constantly chasing the team who manage this.
