It is still faulty I'm afraid.

 

It is back to the original problem now, where I am getting this message -

 

Maximum Retry Queue Age Reached

It may be beneficial if you jumped on this thread, TalkTalk have been having major Pipex mail issues again unfortunately -

Just had another bounce back, same kind of message -

 

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 13.9 hour(s):

 

Reason: The following message to **** was undeliverable.The reason for the problem: Maximum Retry Queue Age Reached

I'm still waiting for an update on the ticket following the chase I put on it yesterday. Hopefully, this will be sorted soon.

Thank you, I keep testing it but it is still not working.

 

I dread to think how many users have sent out important mails using Webmail and how unaware they are that they will not be read.

Thanks, it sort of started working except for those being sent to Sky addresses.

 

But now it seems that non are being sent at all again.

It isn't unusual for these issues to take weeks or months for TalkTalk to sort out unfortunately.

Have they said anything then Ady please?

 

I seem to be able to send to 'most' addresses although they can take an hour or two to receive. Sky emails are still not arriving.

Has any progress be made on this fault please.

 

As I use different computers at different locations Webmail is a very important tool for me, as I'm sure it is for many others.

 

But only when it works.
