No XXX@dsl.pipex.com mail coming through since yesterday, I assume this is the upgrade? How long does this take?
The link sent from TT about upgrading takes you to an unsecure Homecall webmail service, again, I assume this will change when the upgrade is completed?
I used Netmail.pipex.net to access webmail but that no longer works.
It seems others are having similar issues.
Just to confirm that the upgrade of pipex mail to the TalkTalk platform is underway.
TalkTalk Business have removed the webmail login selection for pipex users.
When the upgrade goes through you'll be able to sign in to a primary pipex mailbox address at: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite but if the upgrade is not fully completed or a sign in is not recognised as a primary mailbox then you'll get redirected out to the old homecall webmail login.
