Following the daily issues with the pipex mail server, it has now not worked at all for over 24 hours. This is webmail as well as pop3 access on devices. Can someone please do whatever you do to kick it back into accepting logins please?

the server appears to be responding.
The first step is to check that you can sign in to your pipex mailbox via the pipex webmail sign-in.

I just had another look and the servers are there but taking a long time to respond. I'd guess that it's the usual issue that the servers are being targeted again by hackers attempting access.
The email admins have to identify the source(s) and manually lock them out.
Unfortunately I don't have a pipex mail account to test.

Still down, I have had no email access since Saturday and I can’t even swap important urgent accounts away from this email as need access to it to confirm the changes.
