Problem with Pipex POP server ?

Please can you help me, i can recieve emails fine on the pop server but cannot send anything out! Everytime i try and compose an email or forward or rply i get the messgae " the username or password for "" is incorrect!!! But this isnt incorrect as its the same password as my incoing server and emails are coming in fine! When i go into settings my username is correct the outgoing server is " and the port is 587 and SSL is set to on? 


Please can someone help as getting extremely frustrated!

Hi Weddy, sorry for the delay in replying. Are you still having problems with sending from Pipex mail?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi i am still having issues with this and cannot send emails from my account? I've logged in online and tried and it's not working either? I have all the correct settings and when I get back in the UK and home it works but away from there or in Holland it doesn't work on wifi or on 4G? Please help as really frustrating!! 😪
