Never use email much,so can you use your account email address which is for your bills etc for contact from HMRC,or for anything else for that matter or should i make another email address.I only have the one which as stated is for my account bills etc.Would that one receive the replies etc from anyone or is it just for my talktalk account,billing etc.

Anyone you give your email address to can use it and you'll receive their mail messages.

 

As a TalkTalk Consumer customer you can create up to 5 mailboxes in your MyAccount. So you could keep the current email address just for TalkTalk stuff and give one of the others to HMRC etc. Always best to keep your secure email correspondence to specific email addresses and use a different one for general registration.
