Hello , please can you help. I have not been able to receive emails and sent via my onetel.com webmail since 24/4/2020. The error message is: 'mail server closed the connection unexpectedly'. The last time it happens a few months back, the support team has to contact me to reset the password. Please advise/help. Many thanks.
If the mailbox has been compromised and the system is detecting multiple logins then it will close the connection and access to the mailbox.
So, maybe another password change is the best action.
I'll request that from the TalkTalk team and ask the admins to check the mailbox logins and status.
