My primary email address has been used by fraudsters and I wish to delete it entirely and use my secondary email account. How can I go about this?
If you're a TalkTalk Consumer broadband customer or a MailPlus customer then you have a MyAccount and your mailboxes should be listed there.
MyAccount > My Services > Manage TalkTalk Mail
You've got a Delete option. NB It is a permanent, non-recoverable delete.
