Through no fault on my part my normal residential webmail will only open in business mail. How did this happen? No one seems to know what to do. Leah is trying very hard, speaking with her superior. I'm waiting, hopefully. I've used the same email address for years with the same password but each time it routes me into business mail. I cannot access my address book or saved messages. What is going on? my email address is obscured for customer security Help please.
What webmail access have you been used to using? For example: http://webmail.homecall.co.uk

Homecall is part of the pipex managed email services and pipex does still come under the umbrella of TalkTalk Business. Even though homecall is considered residential and many pipex users are residential customers.
There is work ongoing on the pipex user interface(s) so it could be as a result of that. But we haven't been briefed so cannot be sure.
I'll alert the TalkTalk Community team for you. I'm sure they can find out.
In the meantime, please update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and Save changes.
