Some incoming emails not arriving

Wouldn’t it be better to sort this out via live tech chat? Then I could trigger these blocked emails during the chat?

  1. If you wish to wait until the global lock down is over and LiveChat is back,
    feel free to wait and chat to a Tech Support Agent
  2. The Tech Support Agents do not have real time access to the vendor for the mail filtering platform
  3. TalkTalk can request the vendors operating logs to be examined for the sender that is blocked at the time you say it is blocked
  4. If you trigger your mail messages then you've got an accurate local time to report
