Still getting 'mail plus' demands on registered email

I have an old Tiscali email address which I often use (including recent discussions with Tristia's office) some weeks ago I linked it to my main account, but I'm still getting demands for payment. If this address is locked and I am unable to access via Outlook I will be less than pleased. I clicked on the link for 'chat' but it just sends me to the forum, I'm unable at moment to phone helpline, can someone just check it out?

p.s. don't know when I'll be able to get online next.

Just double check your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Add, then scroll down and add the tiscali email address to Private notes and then save changes.

 

The TalkTalk Community Team OCE_Ady will then be able to link to your TalkTalk service account.

 

I understand there is an exclusion list that the project team use to ensure no action is taken on a mailbox that a customer has already successfully added to a MyAccount. I'm confident Ady will be able to reassure you of the integrity of your Tiscali mailbox.

Hi Colin59, we've got a fix going in next week to clear this issue up. In the meantime you're on the exclusion list this means you can ignore any other comms like this as no action will be taken against your mailbox. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

OK cheers, my 'old' email was one of the emails which you helped me get access to t'other year, at that time TT gave me a new password, but it only allowed access to emails and couldn't add it to my account, but t'other week after getting the 'mail plus' emails I checked and was able to add it to account.
