Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
This issue is still bugging me. Sometimes it works and is quick although not as quick as other servers I use, and then it takes 15+ seconds to do anything. You have an intermittent issue with this and it still happens!
