Hi all, anyone else having problems with Talktalk mail? I get a message " This site can't be reached The connection was reset"
From "problems with Talktalk mail" I click on Test mail and get a blank page.
I get this with both my PC and my mobile.

Looks more like an Internet browsing problem rather than an email specific problem. Although Mail and Community is working there does appear to be an issue with website access.
A click on the Test Mail button simply links to the mailto: function so will either bring up your computer's default mail program or a pop-up window to allow you to select a mail program or mail service to send a test mail message.
Try a different browser or clear browser cookies / history.

Hi Gondola, tried with Google and Firefox, cleared history/cookies, Pc and phone.
No difference.
Hi, yes there does appear to be an issue with website access. I'm signed in to Community and Mail and both are working fine. The TalkTalk Group website is good but MyAccount and the sales pages are not accessible.
There's a report on Service Status.

Thanks for your replay, I can brows the internet and use the community, but unfortunately no email whatever I try.
I will leave things for a while and see what happens.
