My tiny world account has been blocked because of suspicious activity. When I try to reset the password and send a reset code to my mobile phone, I get the message that we are currently experiencing technical issues with my account!!. This has been over three weeks. Any help would be much appreciated.

TalkTalk still have a problem with the sending of SMS text messages to reset mailbox passwords. If you do have an alternate email set up to receive a password reset link (the third option shown below) then you should choose that as the password reset journey.
As the email system has detected a weak password or a compromised email account, and changed the password or locked the account to help secure customer data, you may therefore need help to recover access. So let us know if there's no alternate email address shown that you recognise from the hints, and have access to.
I'll alert the TalkTalk Community team for you to set up new Password Reset details.
In the meantime, please update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and Save changes.
You may also wish to scan your devices with anti-virus / anti-malware software just to ensure there's no malware capturing passwords. Just an extra layer of security in preparation for your upcoming password change.
