In the meantime, please update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and Save changes.


Grateful if you would reply with exactly what's happening as you see it.


For example, are you signed in to TalkTalk Mail to your tiscali email mailbox when you're experiencing problems. Any specific error messages?

Hi normanjames, are you connected wired when this happens? Have you tried in different browsers? Are you able to get other webpages when this happens?
