Toucansurf e-mail addresses

I have two old Toucansurf e-mail addresses that I no longer use since I moved to TalkTalk.

The only messages I now receive on these addresses are either Junk or scammers.

How do I access my old Toucansurf account to delete these addresses so any messages get bounced back to the sender?

I'm guessing that the toucansurf mailboxes haven't yet been migrated to the TalkTalk Mail platform?  You can check by signing in here to TalkTalk Mail. If you don't get redirected then they are on the new platform.


Are the toucansurf mailbox addresses added to your TalkTalk MyAccount?  If they are on the new platform and added to your MyAccount then you should be able to delete them yourself. Managing your email in My Account 


If the mailboxes are not yet upgraded to the TalkTalk Mail platform then the TalkTalk team will need to verify you're the registered user, if the mailboxes are not added to your MyAccount, and then authorise their deletion.


Please do a quick check that your Community Profile includes in Personal Information (Click here) your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to Private notes to add the toucansurf email address(es) for deletion with any relevant other notes and finally save changes. TalkTalk's Community Team OCE will then locate your registered TalkTalk details.
