The problem has reappeared. email sent yesterday has bounced back with message "Maximum retry queue age reached" This was first raised a couple of months ago and was sorted. It has now happened again!

I have been out of email contact for a week. Returned home yesterday and sent a 'test' email to my sky.com contact. He replied almost immediately confirming its arrival. Thanks for raising this, it now appears to be sorted.

If you are sending from a Pipex email address the problem may not be sorted yet. Sending from Pipex to various email domains like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo & Sky (to name just a few) has been problematic for 2-3 months and the severity varies from day to day. Several long running threads in forum about it.

I have sent successfully to a sky.com address for two weeks now. I do have a new issue and will raise a new thread for it
