Yet again cannot access Tiscali email

Hi. Cannot access my email (WLM) or webmail. Get this message and asked for "password box."

PS to my original post.

Both my email and webmail were working perfectly a couple of hours ago and I've "touched nothing" since.

Pleased to report it is now working again but why is Tiscali email so irritatingly prone to connection problems ?

Thanks for posting back to let us know it's working again. Did webmail work when your client couldn't connect?
