I think it is mentioned on the service status that you have resolved the email issue for most users and working on resolving for remainder.
Just to keep you informed my email (lineone.net) is still down on all devices and I can't access webmail.

Hi Ian, you should have seen this problem go away by 4:30pm on Friday when the permanent fix was put in place. If you're still having problems please let me know.
