I can still access my pipex webmail via talktalkbusiness.co.uk but I prefer to use Outlook to access my mail, and this is no longer working. Presumably the mail server configurations have changed, please can you let me know what the new settings are? Many thanks
I'm sure the server settings will not have changed. Email settings - IMAP or POP3 still lists the recommended settings. Just expand the pipex information section.
Outlook often locks up though and saving any wanted downloaded mail messages then removing the mail account and setting up afresh is a good first step in troubleshooting.
The servers are there and responding so ought to be good.
