I have tried to manage my email addresses and have "email - Functions not available" so cannot manage.
I have added my name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number and address with postcode and added Private notes to add email addresses.
These email addresses were associated with my old land line number which I have also added.
Can you look at this for me thanks!
Thanks for reporting the fault. I've alerted the TalkTalk team. 'Functions not available' is a known bug that requires the back-office team to fix and manually add your mailboxes to your current MyAccount.
In the current situation, not a quick fix. But don't worry about your active mailboxes as there's a suspension of deletion of mailboxes not added to a MyAccount whilst this Government special measures situation is in force.

Are you trying to add all of the mailboxes which you've listed in your private notes? Also ive sent you some question via private message to validate your identify, once we have that sorted we can get this added for you.
