not receiving emails in outlook

Since Dec 26th I cannot receive emails in outlook, the server does not regognise my password, I have a tiscali address and have set outlook to the recommended settings, my talk talk mail works okay

Hi deeks, have you tried removing and readding the account in your mail client? If not give it a go and it may clear the problem for you. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hello Chris

I have followed the above solution (deleting and adding email) and indeed it worked, however all of my saved folders in outlook vanished.  Do you know of any way to recover them.  Many thanks
