not secure still appearing

Are we expected to buy £3 a month security??

Staff will be back on the forum from Monday,  @chriseden.


Many of us already have security software with third parties and it is important not to duplicate this or create conflicts.


One device used to be covered anyway by Talktalk, and people needed to pay to cover more devices. 


I think they are changing it to this £3.00 charge for everything.  Am hoping it's possible to opt out, so watching for the reply with interest!

Hi chriseden, you're not obliged to buy Online Defence, but if you want a good quality antivirus it's there for you as an option.
