I have lost the email password for one of my family accounts which was attached to my main email account. Now the main email account has been unable to give me my emails since late 16 May. I wish to change the password on that account as well as I think it may have been hacked. What do I have to do?

I am also locked out of my Tiscali mail account since last week. Telephone support unable to help and promised call back never happened. This is my primary email account and I need it back ASAP!
Tried recovery route but @Tiscali.co.uk is not recognised.
