Hi PhilS11, it is possible and the way to check and correct if that's necessary is to login to webmail. Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner, then click on mail on the left side, click on filter rules, then clear any and or all of the filters to test it's not an issue there that's blocking the mail. It's also worth checking there are no autoforwards set up too.
