My wife is unable to send emails from her Tiscali email address using both Webmail and on her other devices. She can receive emails without a problem. I have included her details on the notes section of my profile. Would you be able to help?

Yes - no error message so it took us a while to realise that nothing was being sent. It has been like this for a couple of weeks now. Any help would be much appreciated!
