Dear oca_andy

i can’t send from my line one account

i am not a talk talk customer 

i receive a message saying user name or password incorrect 

i have checked my machine settings ( imap, smtp, port number etc) and they are set to those given by talktalk

i have provided my details in the personal profile page of my community account

please raise a fault ticket for me

Hi David, I'm happy to help you. The first thing to try though is the password reset tool in which you've setup a mobile number to receive password reset information. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
