Support helped and I could get in via my laptop ..tried to access email via my mobile this morning and all I'm getting is mobile requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

There seem to be a few customers reporting this issue.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
If you get the same URL rejected error message then clear the browser cache and cookies:
Then retry the Sign in to TalkTalk Mail.
You can also try a different Internet browser.
