Support helped and I could get in via my laptop ..tried to access email via my mobile this morning and all I'm getting is  mobile requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

We are experiencing some issue this morning as Gondola has said, our email admins are looking into it

There seem to be a few customers reporting this issue.

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

 

If you get the same URL rejected error message then clear the browser cache and cookies:

  • Select the browser (probably Chrome)
  • Tap the triple vertical dots top right
  • Tap the cog icon Settings
  • Tap Privacy and Security
  • Tap Clear browsing data
  • Select the tick boxes for Browsing History, Cookies and site data, Cached images and files
  • Tap the Clear data button bottom right

Then retry the Sign in to TalkTalk Mail.

You can also try a different Internet browser.
