I get message as follows about an hour ago when logging in.
Logon not possible at this time . Please try again later ( LGI - 0005)
I have no idea what the item in brackets means ? Why cannot I get in ?

I am having exactly the same problem accessing my TalkTalk email accounts as in the thread above, both on my mobile, on my Microsoft email programme on my desktop and cannot access my emails via my 'mail' on this website. I get the message on my mobile '(LGI-0005)'. My password is not recognised on all my email accounts, although I have reinputed them, several times, on my mobile and desktop. The difficulty appears to be in the TalkTalk system.
