I get message as follows about an hour ago when logging in.
Logon not possible at this time . Please try again later ( LGI - 0005)
I have no idea what the item in brackets means ? Why cannot I get in ?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I am having exactly the same problem accessing my TalkTalk email accounts as in the thread above, both on my mobile, on my Microsoft email programme on my desktop and cannot access my emails via my 'mail' on this website. I get the message on my mobile '(LGI-0005)'. My password is not recognised on all my email accounts, although I have reinputed them, several times, on my mobile and desktop. The difficulty appears to be in the TalkTalk system.

The Service Centre still says there are no Email problems.
It started at 11:51.
It's now 12:40.

The sign in authentication has gone down. Yes, I'm just starting to see issues. My TalkTalk app is logged in and working but secondary email accounts are not being accessed.
I'll come back when I know more. In the meantime make no changes at your end.
