Hello all,
I have a Tiscali Email account but am no longer with TalkTalk as a service provider. My phone and broadband account is now with Fleur.
I am trying to reset my password on my Tiscali email as my laptop is telling me I am using the wrong password. I cannot use the password reset as that asks for my Talktalk account number - whiuch I do not have as I am not a Talktalk subscriber. Can anyone advise how I can reset my Tiscali email password?

Hi robertwilson999, I can help you get the password reset. I need you to add ALL of the following to the private note section of your community profile:
Email address affected.
Full Name.
Date of Birth.
Mobile contact number.
Phone number linked to email address
Full postal address email is linked to.
Once you've added that post back to let me know and I'll raise a fault ticket to get this sorted for you.
