Since Sunday morning (7th March) I cannot access my talktalk webmail on my PC but I can still access webmail using a tablet or mobile phone. Have contacted talktalk and been through all their measures and they concluded it is my PC. I have tried all I can but have not resolved the issue. Prior to Sunday there had been no problem. Can anybody help .

Hi Gondola and everyone else who has responded. Zoom seemed to have been the problem which has now been resolved thanks to your help. I am now able to access my talktalk emails as before.

Feels like a browser add on or extension may be holding up access to your mailbox.
So, first stop Zoom running on startup.
If that doesn't offer an immediate fix then:
This will remove any setup or extension that could be impacting the start up of TalkTalk Mail.

I have not been able to do a screenshot, however, this is what I see after putting in my user name and password - apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ and the moving 000 appear. This continues without accessing emails. I have also tried a different browser (Microsoft Edge) with the same outcome. My computer is running Windows 10 and is used mainly for personal use together with work for a charitable organisation. I do not have any gaming use and only occaisonal catch up television. On the day prior to this happening I was engaged in a Zoom meeting for a couple of hours after which I closed down the camera etc and the email connection was working fine. However, when I tried to log in the following day this problem began. I can still access the internet for other uses, such as Gmail accounts and I can also access the TalkTalk email using other devices such as mobiles and tablets.

Hi Charity17, does webmail work on any other device? If it does that would point to the browser on your PC. Have you tried a different browser?

Thank you for your response. My email address ends with talktalk.net.
I have no error message when logging in just loading page. No other
programmes are holding up the process and I went through the checks
with a talktalk operator including switching off security which is TalkTalk
F Secure. I would appreciate any further assistance. Thanks

What's the last part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Have a look at the help page Problems with TalkTalk Mail and the section 'Seeing an error message'.
Either try a different browser or clear the browser cache and history on the existing browser.
Enter your email address, select Continue if prompted.
Enter your email password, select Sign in.
Let us know if you see an error message at any point or just a loading icon or maybe a blue page with a retry message.
If you have anything running on the Windows 10 device that could be holding up access then you may have to wait or stop other programs running. For example, if the device is uploading a backup to the Internet you might get a blue page because the upload is causing the sign in to take longer than the 6 seconds allowed.
If you have other software running like tracker blockers or Internet security doing scans then these can also hold up access. What Internet security do you have running on the Windows 10 device?
