Hi @PhilS11

In TalkTalk Mail you can select the layout that you prefer from the toolbar View drop down menu. View is on the right side of the toolbar below the header.

The View menu also allows you to select the Folder view option that displays folders in the side panel.

You can also toggle the folder view using the double arrow icon bottom left of screen.

You should see the standard folders:

  • Inbox
  • Drafts
  • Sent objects
  • Spam
  • Trash
  • Archive (when any mail messages are archived into year by year sub-folders)

If a folder has sub-folders, for example My folders that you've created, then the presence of sub-folders is indicated by an inward facing arrowhead on the folder line. Just select the arrowhead to expand to see sub-folders.

If a standard folder (apart from the Inbox) has been designated as one of your alternative folders then you can revert to standard folders via the main settings menu (triple line icon on the top right header) Settings menu item and Accounts and then Edit and scroll down to Standard folders, change and Save.
