Change Pipex email password

I need to change my Pipex email password.

I have followed the instructions in other posts here, and entered my details as suggested.

What do I need to do now?

Hi petergoodland, we can't send the password, I'll ask Nicolas to call today with the password. I'm sorry John didn't call. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately I did not receive your phone call, and now cannot access my email.

Would it be possible to send the new password to my recovery email address (see personal information)

Hi petergoodland, I've raised the fault ticket for you and reset the password. You'll get a call later today from John with your new password.  Please let us know how you get on.
