I am unable to compose or reply to emails in webmail on my windows laptop. It does not load the editor. Help, please.

Yep, clearing and restarting "classic switch it off and on again did the trick" although I prefer "take your tie off and whip it..."

I've tested via two mailboxes, two different browsers Chrome and Firefox, with and without ad-blocking and both bring up the Compose editor every time.
Have you cleared the browser cache / reset to default settings and restarted without any add-ons or extensions running?
Sign out of webmail and sign in again?
Try a different browser? What browser are you using now?
What happens when you select Compose from the header menu? A screenshot would be helpful.
