Ive filled out the details in the private notes area that i can remember, what do i need to do now to get the account suspended?

Hi MX1111, I've raised the fault ticket for you requesting the suspension of this mailbox. I'll post back once I get updates.

Just double check that you've added to your Community Profile, Personal Information (Click here) your name, current address and telephone numbers and all of the following in the Private Notes area at the bottom of the page:
The TalkTalk Community support team will verify the user details recorded for the email address and request the onetel admins put the account into suspension pending deletion after 180 days of non-use. Don't worry if you don't hear back until next week.
