Hi mair40, if we can get you through the security verification I should be able to do this for you. I've sent you a personal message.

Hi mair40
The Customer Services agent should have put you in touch with the Data Protection (DP) team.
But writing is a practical solution because the DP team will need the relevant proof of who you are, that you're the registered user of the email addresses and evidence to link you to those addresses at the time the addresses were created. Don't send original documents but popping copies in an envelope along with a letter of request including your details would be perfect.
Postage rates go up on April 4 so you've got time to beat the postage stamp increase.
And getting those unwanted addresses permanently deleted will improve your online security.

Hi mair40
If you don't have an active TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount listing the tiscali mailbox addresses then self-help email deletion isn't available to you. Let us know if you do have an active MyAccount that you just need to recover access to.
But you still do have access to the TalkTalk Data Protection Team.
Understanding your data rights (GDPR). Your Right to Erasure is the relevant section for the DP Team to take your instruction to delete the email address and mailbox.
Bear in mind they'll need sufficient proof that you are the registered user of the email address. Proof of who you are and a postal address and 'phone number to link you to the initial registration of the email address. This is just to make sure they're not deleting an email address registered to someone else.
Let us know how you get on. You should receive written confirmation to your home postal address normally within 2 weeks but allowing up to 30 days.
