Disabled email address and unusable email addresses

a long running saga where a solution appears unavailable. My Account login email address is for me historic and is also registered as my contact email address within my account  (It is a address) . It is disabled, probably due to disuse) and talktalk want to charge me for issuing paperbills on my landline/broadband account. I have two other email addresses which I use on a daily basis and have used these for years. ( both send my mobile phone account to one of them but if I try to introduce them to My Accouny they come up as not available? Various chat line advisors have tried to find a solution but failed. Any Suggestions?

Hi carron39, when you try to add the email addresses does it tell you that they're associated with another MyAccount?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
