I assume you mean in WebMail.
Have you checked under settings, then mail and view to see if you can change to your preference?
View works differently on different devices and also by browser. Are you checking mail mail on a different device or within a different browser?
Other than that, no I don't know why it's changed, and unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with if the above does not help.
