Email allowance limit

Hi all,

Does anyone know the daily limit on sending emails within an account, even though the system is in meltdown at the moment, if my computer is anything to go by? I have had to change sending and receiving my emails through other accounts outside Talaktalk, since last October due to problems.

Hi brimats, Happy New Year to you too. ferguson has hit the nail on the head. Let us know how many you're trying to send per hour and per day and we'll be able to identify the probable cause for you.

How many emails are you trying to send and to whom? Unique messages are generally allowed in the thousands a day. But if you have automated and/or circular messages to a large number of recipients then spam prevention filters are likely to intervene.
