Email authentication failure

I'm aware of the authentication server problem yesterday 12th January between 8 and 9.19 am.

 

I'm referring to my wife's system where she uses Thunderbird email POP3 client to access her lineone.net email account. Throughout yesterday and today, she has been unable to login with Thunderbird, always getting an authentication failure message. She has been logged in to webmail, so can receive emails but she cannot send emails from webmail, always getting a sender denied message.

 

Any suggestions please?

After updating the password the problem appears to be resolved.

What is the sender denied error message? There's a description and a TT numeric error code.

 

Screenshot and post the Thunderbird server settings for both the incoming and SMTP servers. Image edit to obscure the first part only of the email address preceding the @ symbol.
