Hi Bauerj, the incident is now closed and your mail should be working as normal. Please let us know if you have any problems.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I can see that one of the tiscali DNS name servers is now responding.  Is your mail now back in action?

Hi Bauerj 

 

You don't say which domain email you're using. If it's tiscali.co.uk or one of the legacy domains including homecall.co.uk, homechoice, lineone.net, pipex.com, screaming.net, tinyonline.co.uk, tinyworld.co.uk, toucansurf.com, ukgateway.net and worldonline.co.uk then there's a DNS issue that I was aware of at around 6am this morning.

 

The incident is being worked on as a priority and you can track it on the  Service Status (Email) page. 

 

But if your email domain is something entirely different then let us know.
