Email not working

Tiscali status claims that they email system is now working after being out of service since midnight last night.

 

However my tiscali mailbox still cannot send. Not from email programme, Web mail, nor from my phone. 

 

So it's definitely not fixed.

Agreed, as there are others reporting the same issue. Should be working as the tiscali DNS is restored but the Mail platform does not appear to be picking up the DNS. TalkTalk will need to continue the investigation with the Mail platform.
