I've got 4 email addresses and 3 work fine on my phone but setting up the mail one doesn't verify the server details?
I'm using my email address and webmail password (which is fine logging into webmail) and the correct ports setup 993 (mail) and 587 (smtp)
Tried speaking to someone at Talktalk but that was useless.

Is the password strong? Is the email address listed in your TalkTalk Consumer customer MyAccount?
