I am having more issues with my email account. Both on my iPad and iPhone. 

Back in June I changed my account from pop to imap and the previous issues were resolved. But now I can’t access and it’s saying ‘can not verify server identity’. The identity of imap.tiscali.co.uk cannot be verified by mail. 

When I check the details it states it’s not to be trusted and expires 21/12/2018 at 23:59:59.

can anyone help?

Hi Jasonryba, your account is working so it's just a case of removing the account from the mail app and the adding back in. That should clear the issue.


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
