My emails have been deleted going back to 2022. How can I restore these

Hi @David120253 can you give more details on your query, if you have deleted your emails and not available on your deleted items, we are unable to restore/retrieve the emails.

How are you accessing your mails? If via a third party client such as Thunderbird or Outlook, have you tried signing into your mails via webmail?

If they are no longer in webmail (or deleted) there is no way unfortunately to retrieve these.

There seems to have been something strange going on with this, particularly during the past week, @David120253.

But Talktalk always advises that important emails are backed up [sometimes it's worth forwarding anything important to a spare Hotmail  / Gmail  / Yahoo etc address that can be accessed almost wherever you are].

If they are not accessible in the recycling bin, they are truly gone.
