Emails stuck in outbox

My partner is not having problems with sending his tiscali mail but mine are just sitting in the out box

an error box is saying:

Task 'Tiscali Email - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ???'


I really need to get this running as I have an important email to go to the solicitor.

I have tried a send receive but still nothing.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Ok I've sorted this now.  

I'm in Spain and it looks like for some reason all my POP details got scrambled.  I then found the help section on POP setup and reinput. All working now!
