Emails unreading themselves yet again

Emails are unreading themselves again and also gaps between listed emails. This happened 6 weeks ago and was resolved by tech, doing a box repair didn't do anything last time so no idea what they did after that. Using chrome (upto date) and also does the same accessing on android phone.
